Music Healing + Sound Baths

Dr. Nicole Taylor provide therapeutic experiences that harness the healing power of sound vibrations. Sound baths typically involve participants taking a comfortable position while experiencing various sounds from instruments like crystal singing bowls, gongs, chimes, and drums. These sessions promote deep relaxation, stress reduction, and emotional release by harmonizing the body's energy centers and inducing a meditative state. This is offered in one-on-one, group, and retreat settings.

Yoga Acknowledgments

In my practice of yoga and sound healing, I deeply respect and honor yoga origins and intentional movement in indigenous cultures, valuing their medicinal and therapeutic benefits. It's important to me to decolonize these practices by embracing their full scope and sharing the importance of this in my shared spaces. I'm committed to ongoing education about yoga's history and its original intentions, and aim to help others integrate its principles into daily life beyond the yoga mat. I gratefully acknowledge and appreciate those who first used these transformative tools, aiming to honor their legacy in my current practice. I share these discussions and practices with the individuals I have yoga sessions with, fostering a deeper connection and understanding together.
